Check2Fly is the joint venture of Omega Company and the Rambam Health Care Campus, enabling those flying abroad to perform quick and reliable COVID-19 tests prior to their flight, at tie-breaking prices. The Check2Fly lab is located in Tel Aviv, so that the tests are especially fast and allow those tested to arrive before their flight to Airport City (near Ben Gurion Airport), using the fast track, get tested and receive a medical passport in English, valid in all countries around the world.
In order to make the testing procedure efficient and comfortable, it is advisable to book an appointment online in advance.
The Check2Fly testing facilities offer clients some of the cheapest prices in the world: a slow PCR test (results in up to 14 hours) for only 75 NIS, and a fast PCR test (results in up to 4 hours) for only 135 NIS. The fast track provides results in up to 4 hours for a price of 135 NIS , and the slow track provides results in up to 14 hours for a price of 75 NIS.
You have to show your passport, since the patient’s info is verified at the counter in order to provide you with a valid medical passport.
In order to make the testing procedure efficient and comfortable, it is advisable to book an appointment online in advance. Attention – the schedule for receiving results must match the date and time of your flight and the requirements of the destination country.
The tests are intended for anyone who takes off or land, travels to Sinai, wants to visit a hotel or restaurant, and needs official confirmation as long as he or she presents a valid passport.

It is not possible to make any changes to an existing reservation. If you would like to change the date of a booked appointment, you need to cancel the existing appointment and book a new one (you will be fully refunded on your credit card in the nearest billing date).
In case you have encountered any problem with billing and payments, please send us the details of the incident and the number of your passport to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will address the issue as soon as possible. Regarding refunds, indicate in your email the details of your credit card (the last 4 digits and card type), the time of payment, and the refund sum requested.
You can cancel appointments using the system. Under the barcode is a button for canceling a booked appointment.
This means the test is still being processed and you would have to wait.
It is possible to correct wrong information prior to being administered the test at the lab. The lab personnel will make the correction, as long as you point our what needs to be corrected.
You need to check whether the destination country requires you to present a medical passport in English after landing, which certifies that you are COVID-19 negative.

Those landing in Israel and wish to perform another test, in addition to the test required by the Ministry of Health and performed at Ben Gurion Airport, may perform another test and receive results in up to 4 hours, at the Drive In (Tamar Gate) or Terminal 1. These tests require prior registration through the website.
